I am a writer and former community activist in my home town of Isleworth. My special interests are writing, current affairs, sport (especially Brentford FC), holidaying and travel, social networking and the 1970s. I am married to Caroline and am the father of grown-up twins - Joseph and Rosina.
I rejected racism and fascism after having been a senior member of the National Front and other racist groups for over 14 years.
Having spoken out publicly against groups like the BNP I was surprised and disappointed by the reaction of so-called "anti-fascists", who went out of their way to make it difficult for me to expose the activities of those I'd left behind. Anti-racism to them was clearly more about promoting their own narrow political party agendas than building real understanding and harmony in our community. I didn't support their narrow party agendas.
And so I decided to fight alone, which is why I have created this blog. Because there is life after the far right, whether some "anti-racists" like it or not. It is never too late to walk away.
